Terms & conditions

The rules for using the Meranta website and the digital tools we make available to clients and partners.

Last updated 1 June 2026

By using this website you accept these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site. The commercial services we provide sit under separate agreements; where one conflicts with this page, the service agreement wins.

Use of site

Use this website for lawful business and information purposes only. Don’t misuse it, disrupt how it runs, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could harm Meranta or other users. We may suspend or withdraw access to all or part of the site at any time, without notice.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, graphics, logos and the Meranta name — is owned by or licensed to Meranta and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Copying, republishing or commercial use of any content needs our written permission first.

Liability

The information here is general guidance and may change without notice. We work to keep it accurate, but make no warranty as to its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Meranta isn’t liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute over the website or these terms falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless local mandatory law says otherwise.

Changes

We may revise these terms as our services or the law change. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated. Keep using the site after a change and you accept the revised terms. Questions go to legal@meranta.com.
