What does 'safety first' actually mean day to day?+
It means any employee or contractor can halt an operation they believe is unsafe, with full support and no consequences. Production never takes priority over people.
How do you keep standards consistent across so many sites?+
We operate one global health-and-safety management system, audited internally and certified externally, so a warehouse in Europe runs to the same standards as a terminal in Asia.
How are incidents handled?+
Every incident and near-miss is reported through a blame-free system, investigated for root cause and shared as a lesson across the network so the same risk doesn't recur elsewhere.
Does this extend to your partners and contractors?+
Yes. Contractors and partners working on our sites are held to the same safety expectations and receive the same briefings and protections as our own people.
